Damian commenced his career within the construction industry in 1994 working on both commercial and residential projects. Over the years Damian has built a number of successful companies across various industries. Damian holds an MBA obtained through the Australian Business Institute and Adelaide University as well as his Domestic builders license within Australia. As a long standing member of the Master Builders Association Damian also holds credentials as an accredited Green Living Master Builder. Further to this, Damian's focus is on building a strong business through consistent delivery of high quality projects while creating a strong financial platform to continually grow the business over the coming years.

Paul has a long history as a

many years working with the

overseeing the structure
construction on High Rise
buildings in Melbourne's CBD,
Paul went on to work with one
of Melbourne's most
successful family owned
construction companies as a
construction manager
overseeing many large scale
industrial builds.
Through these activities Paul
has earned a reputation for
excellence, tenacity and as
someone that gets the job
done right, and quickly.
Also possessing years of
experience as a residential
builder - holding his Unlimited
Domestic Builders license, Paul
is an invaluable member of the

Chris has multiple
decades of experience
working as a Manager
within the construction
industry. Spending the
past 17 years as a
General Manager within
successful construction
companies.
Chris has a proven track
record of building highly
effective teams and
systems that deliver
consistent quality driven
outcomes.
He is passionate about
people, and delivering
on projects every time.
